About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team at Bluefin Resources. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the governance and risk management framework of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of audit engagements across the business, with a focus on technology, data, and automation.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Audit Plan and ensure resource allocation aligns with the risk profile of business areas.
  • Collaborate with senior technology management and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable control solutions that effectively manage risk.
  • Provide high-quality audit reports, offering assurance to management on the effectiveness of risk controls.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the global internal audit team, leveraging your excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of key risk management frameworks, operational risk, compliance, and delivery risk.
  • Extensive experience leading technology-focused audits and reviewing complex technology environments, ideally within large organizations.
  • In-depth experience within the banking and financial services sector, specifically related to technology risk management would be favourable but not essential.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, and advanced data analytics to assess and design audit controls would be highly regarded but again, not essential.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead concurrent audit teams and influence senior stakeholders across global teams, whilst also completing audit fieldwork.
