Job Title: Senior Architectural Project Manager

About the Opportunity:

The company is seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the project management group, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design development across large-scale projects
  • Collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure buildability, sequencing, and efficiency
  • Identify and implement value management opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce waste
  • Act as the key design interface between the builder and the client, understanding client drivers and ensuring design outcomes are aligned with project goals
  • Drive consultant coordination, ensuring timely delivery of documentation to support procurement and delivery
  • Proactively resolve design issues, mitigate risk, and support the construction team through all project stages

Requirements:

  • Architectural background with exposure to tier one commercial, mixed-use developments, Health and or Education
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and delivery programs
  • Proven ability to value manage and work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Experience supporting builders in both pre-construction and delivery phases
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to lead consultant teams and manage design packages in a live construction environment
