Transforming Lives through Mental Health Initiatives
We are seeking a skilled mental health clinician and people leader to join our team in the Yarra Ranges community. The Team Leader - Towards Change role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health concerns.
As part of this collaboration, we have joined with local organizations to provide a comprehensive mental health service that is driven by the values of lived experience, inclusivity, and partnership. This role will play a vital part in shaping the future of mental health and wellbeing in the region, ensuring everyone has access to the support they need.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care. They will also have experience in leading teams, building inclusive cultures, and promoting responsiveness to the needs of participants' families and carers.
The position responsibilities include working collaboratively with the local leadership team to contribute to program development, championing person-centred approaches, and promoting family and carer involvement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating skill development, providing regular performance reporting data, and supporting recruitment and talent management initiatives.
This is a full-time, ongoing role based mainly at our Lilydale site. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and the chance to make a real impact on the lives of individuals and communities.
