We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for leading transaction execution across various deal types, including sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising, and strategic review deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transaction teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication of deal proposals and structures.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support deal flow and the origination of further M&A activities.
  • Draft and review key marketing materials such as Teasers, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations, Process Letters, and Term Sheets.
  • Conduct financial analysis and build robust financial models to support transaction decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and M&A advisory.
  • Proven capability to build integrated financial models for valuation, cash flow, and other financial analyses.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to support complex deal processes effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills, with a collaborative mindset.
