We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to fill a key role in our organisation as a full-time Pest Control Technician servicing the Western Australian region.

This is a challenging opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering tailored pest solutions to commercial and construction clients.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out pest control jobbing work, including general pest treatments, bird work and pre-construction termites
  • Working in a wide range of environments in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
  • Being physically fit and able to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • Maintaining high standards and achieving set targets
  • Working within established safety parameters
  • Confidently using mobile technology
  • SUCCESSFULLY ACQUIRING A WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Pest Management Licence and 3+ years experience in the Pest Management industry OR willingness and aptitude to undertake studies and training to obtain Pest qualification
  • A current Full Australian Drivers licence with a minimum 3 year driving history
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks. Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this role.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service. They will be a team player who is able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
