Job Title:

Care Manager - Senior Leadership Role

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical and care services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aged care management, with extensive experience in leading teams and driving excellence in customer experience, clinical governance, compliance, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are met, particularly those of our residents
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve resident care and services, in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Leading the team in achieving and maintaining accreditation standards and requirements
  • Mentoring, supervising, and educating staff to ensure quality services are delivered to residents
  • Maximising funding opportunities and ensuring clinical governance is current
  • Developing and reviewing organisational policies and procedures to reflect contemporary requirements
  • Leading the analysis and assessment of incidents, complaints, risks, or issues that arise

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse Div 1 registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency
  • Formal qualifications in management or a health-related discipline, or business experience highly regarded
