We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at the Truganina Customer Fulfilment Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist injury management, rehabilitation, and operational support to drive return to work outcomes for non-work and work-related injuries
- Develop and deliver site-specific and national health and wellbeing initiatives to promote a culture of health and safety
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective health and wellbeing strategies
- Analyse injury data to identify trends and develop proactive and preventative mitigation strategies
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Health and Wellbeing Specialist with a strong background in injury management, vocational rehabilitation, and workers' compensation. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and a tertiary qualification in a health practitioner discipline.
You will be a subject matter expert in managing complex workers' compensation portfolios and have experience in integrating person-centred care models, workers' compensation legislation, and business KPIs. You will also have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment.
