  • Must have 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or retail tech
  • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to write engaging content
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, CMS platforms, and digital lead funnels
  • Understanding of SEO, website optimization, and email marketing strategies
  • Able to work independently and own measurable outcomes
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for bringing ideas to life
Key tasks for the first three months include:
  • Developing content for blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and other materials
  • Familiarizing yourself with our CRM, website, and lead capture flows
  • Analyzing current performance and suggesting improvements
  • Supporting sales and field marketing programs
In the next six to twelve months, you'll be expected to:
  • Owning the Lexer website and content calendar
  • Launching new case studies and persona-driven content
  • Improving MQL conversion and funnel performance
  • Helping plan and run customer marketing and events
  • Recommending new tools, automations, or creative approaches
This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney and requires collaboration, creativity, and analytical skills.
