
Compassionate Family Violence Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional to fill the role of Case Support Worker.
The primary objective of this position is to provide dedicated support to our clients who have experienced family violence, ensuring they receive high-quality services that cater to their unique needs.
This involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating referrals, managing correspondence, and assisting with data and reporting.
You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to streamline administrative processes, build comprehensive client profiles, and enable case managers to focus on direct client support.
About The RoleThis role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, leveraging your skills to drive positive outcomes for our clients.
As a key point of coordination within the team, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely access to support and resources for clients.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in social work, community services, or a related field.
Proven experience working with adults, young people, and children from diverse backgrounds facing complex challenges related to family violence, homelessness, health, mental health, drug and alcohol use, trauma, and marginalization is essential.
You must be a values-driven individual, committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate client records and coordinate referrals
