
Institutional Business Lead

About this role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our institutional business. As an Institutional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in defining and building relationships with high-net worth clients in the fast-growing crypto and blockchain industry.
Your primary objective will be to identify and pitch relevant products and services to institutional clients, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of traditional financial services and crypto markets.
Crafting and tailoring your approach to meet client needs will be crucial to success, as well as fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to reach institutional client targets;
- Pitch and sell Crypto.com's institutional products and services, including market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking;
- Represent Crypto.com at conferences and events, engaging with institutional players to increase awareness of our institutional business offerings;
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients, gathering feedback and recommending product improvements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth;
- Draft and negotiate client or partnership agreements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales;
- 1+ year experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 in outbound sales - Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker;
- Familiarity with institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking;
- Established network and book of clients in the cryptocurrency space;
- Excellent command of professional written and oral English;
- Proficiency in English.
