Job Summary
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating care plans, and working closely with clients and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in NDIS services; possession of an NDIS Screening check and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module are mandatory.
- Experience in rostering and care coordination is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to provide high-quality customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using a database are required.
Personal Competencies:
- A high level of interpersonal skills and person-centred approach is necessary for building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- The ability to take initiative, work proactively, and demonstrate a flexible attitude towards tasks and responsibilities is crucial.
- Effective communication skills, particularly the use of tact and diplomacy in challenging situations, are vital.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders is essential.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, along with a thorough understanding of client confidentiality, are necessary.
