Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the business development team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating market and customer opportunities using MCi's managed innovation framework (Desirability, Viability, Feasibility).

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You will work closely with the business development team to support the evaluation and prioritisation of customer engagement opportunities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct desktop research, data gathering and market analysis to support MCi's go-to-market strategy across industries and product applications.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal evaluation packs, presentations and customer briefs.
  • Support business development and general management activities including CRM updates, meeting coordination, and various admin tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and in a structured team.
