Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

The organisation requires a Senior Finance Manager to lead its financial operations, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting, system efficiency, and compliance.

This role involves overseeing the maintenance of the financial management information system, driving process improvements and refinement, managing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing insightful reports and analyses, partnering with cross-functional teams, leading annual budgeting processes, and guiding strategic planning initiatives.

Key responsibilities include maintaining system integrity, refining financial processes, managing team performance, ensuring compliance, preparing key reports, partnering with stakeholders, leading budgeting and audits, and identifying process improvements.

Requirements for this role include strong technical skills in finance, 5+ years of experience in financial management, proven leadership abilities, a background in complex program funding environments, and excellent communication skills to translate financial data into actionable insights.
