HR Business Partner Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of HR business partners and advisors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.

The role reports to the General Manager HR and involves ensuring consistent advice and support is provided to leaders throughout the team member lifecycle. This includes effective investigations, issue resolution, and embedding reporting frameworks to monitor key HR performance metrics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide sound and pragmatic advice and support to leaders
  • Investigate and resolve issues in line with legal frameworks
  • Embed reporting frameworks to monitor HR metrics
  • Build collaborative working relationships to achieve company purpose
  • Deliver targeted training for people leaders
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR business partnering role
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
  • Experience in managing employee relations matters
  • Knowledge of employment frameworks such as Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and Workplace Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
