Job Description

The role of a Solution Engineering leader is to provide technical thought leadership and design business solutions to showcase the value of Zscaler's offerings.

As part of this team, you will lead a group of talented Solution Engineers across Australia and New Zealand, providing guidance and direction on technical matters.

Additionally, you will work closely with customers and sales leadership to design and present business solutions that meet their needs.

  • Lead a Team of Solution Engineers: Recruit, develop, and effectively lead a team of Solution Engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Provide Technical Thought Leadership: Provide expert guidance on technical matters related to solution engineering, including the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Design Business Solutions: Work closely with customers and sales leadership to design and present business solutions that meet their needs and showcase the value of Zscaler's offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in technical presales, including 8 years of people leadership experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of achievement in technical pre-sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of network security technologies and cloud computing.
  • Prior experience as a Solution Engineering leader is highly desirable.
