Caregiver for Two Girls in St Ives Chase

Seeking a loving and energetic nanny to care for two girls in St Ives Chase.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in childcare, hold a child care qualification, and be current with all vaccinations.

Responsibilities include caring for the children, following their routines, and taking them on outings. The nanny must also prepare meals and snacks for the children, do laundry, and assist with light household duties.

The family is looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy, with strong communication skills and excellent English language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for the children
  • Follow the children's routines
  • Drop off/Pick up the eldest child from kindy
  • Play and engage age appropriate creative activities to assist in the children's development
  • Take the children out to activities or ie gym, playground/park etc.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the children
  • Prepare a meal for the family
  • Laundry
  • Light household duties - Generally keeping main areas and surfaces of the home clean and tidy and unpacking and stacking dishwasher, putting toys away, quick vacuum/clean floors. Any extra assistance to help the parents out would be greatly appreciated.
  • Grocery shopping and running errands (Occasionally)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a nanny or working in childcare
  • Child care qualification (preferred)
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current First Aid
  • Strong communication skills and speak excellent English
  • Fit, healthy and active
  • Non smoking
  • Up to date with all vaccinations
  • Full drivers licence and clean driving record (Own car preferred)
