About the Role

The Senior Manager, Customer Solutions Strategy, will develop and lead the current and future strategy for transforming processes and customer experience when payment obligations are unmet. You will create and implement a scalable, efficient collections operating model.

As a leader of the Customer Solutions Strategy team, you will be responsible for embedding a data-driven approach within the function and leveraging data and insights to enrich and enhance the strategic direction of Customer Solutions activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, governing, and continuously refining Transurban's Customer Solutions strategies to minimize revenue leakage while ensuring compliance with deeds and regulations
  • Generating a strategic roadmap for optimizing Collections performance (efficiency, effectiveness, operational cost, revenue leakage)
  • Regularly reporting on operational performance from a strategic perspective, identifying and presenting actionable insights
  • Determining priority of initiatives, resourcing requirements, support service requirements, and funding requirements
  • Leading the creation and delivery of transformation, change, communication, and engagement plans for the business

Requirements:

  • Experience leading large, strategy-focused teams in complex environments with multiple complex stakeholders
  • At least 10 years of experience in developing, managing, and implementing programs to identify and realize efficiency opportunities and create value in complex, multi-stakeholder environments within a large corporate enterprise
  • Outstanding leadership, stakeholder, and influencing skills at all levels of an organization, with an ability to develop, nurture, and leverage relationships
  • Critical analytical capabilities, with the ability to direct and critique analyses, methodologies, and programs of work
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • A track record of identifying opportunities for value uplift and risk mitigation and translating these into a coherent strategy and program of initiatives
