Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

A prominent role in our resort presents an opportunity to lead and develop a strong, motivated team. As the face of the resort, you will ensure seamless service and operational excellence across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a dynamic, guest-focused professional who thrives in a high-energy environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming the welcoming ambassador for our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Leading and developing a talented team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
  • Overseeing and managing Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of guest service and accommodation quality.

You will work closely with senior management to manage financials, rostering, and operational improvements. To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience managing a resort or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team development and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Experience with front office operations, property management systems, and budget management.
  • An excellent time management, adaptability, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest services.
