Key Roles in Resort Marketing

We are expanding our resort marketing team to support the growth of our portfolio. Our company is one of Australia's leading tourism companies, with 300+ properties spanning holiday parks to iconic and internationally renowned resorts.

Our portfolio includes a diverse range of brands, with 85+ owned and operated parks and resorts. We also have a rewards program with 185,000+ customers.

This role will be part of our marketing team that focuses on digital experience, CRM, local area marketing, data, and insights. The successful candidate will contribute to increasing capability across these areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have knowledge of resort marketing principles and practices.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our resort portfolio
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, suppliers, and customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
