Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, procurement, and commercial planning.

  • Support contract management activities, including subcontract support and providing accurate and timely information and reports.
  • Assist with service requests under the CLCM Contract and manage contractual correspondence, claims, and notices for both the CLCM contract and subcontractor arrangements.
  • Maintain contract records to ensure compliance with the CLCM contract and provide contract analysis and advice to the wider team as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with operations, finance, and project controls teams to assist in the delivery of contractual reporting requirements.
  • Reviewing contract deliverables and invoices, and assisting in drafting contract documentation.
  • Providing high-level advice on commercially sensitive reports and contract change proposals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of contract administration and commercial planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ASDEFCON contracts or willingness to develop knowledge in this area.
