Ventia is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team in Middlemount, Moura, and Moranbah. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for performing plumbing, gas, and drainage repairs and maintenance, as well as new installations and preventative maintenance. You will also represent the company in a professional manner and effectively communicate with customers and other trades.
Key Responsibilities- Perform plumbing, gas, and drainage repairs and maintenance
- Conduct new installations and preventative maintenance
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and other trades
- Complete all related paperwork in a timely manner
- Participate in on-call roster or overtime as required
- Comply with Ventia's SHEQ policies and procedures
- Registered and licensed plumber
- Gas fitting licence (desirable)
- Solar and Heat Pump Endorsement
- Site Safe Passport or equivalent (desirable)
- CPR - First Aid Training (desirable)
- Drivers Licence and White Card
- Minimum 3 years post-trade experience in Mining/Commercial/Industrial
- Experience working in a building maintenance position and programmed servicing
