Civil Infrastructure Job Opportunity: Pipe Layer Position

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Layer to join our team at Fetch Recruitment. As a key member of our civil infrastructure team, you will be responsible for installing and connecting sewer pipes safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excavation and Pipe Installation: Excavate trenches using appropriate tools and equipment, ensuring proper depth and alignment.
  • Pipe Connection and Grading: Install pipes accurately, applying the appropriate joining methods and techniques, and ensure proper grading and alignment of sewer pipes for effective flow.
  • Backfill and Site Restoration: Backfill trenches and compact soil to restore the area to its original condition.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to maintain project workflow and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Physical Ability: Physical ability to lift heavy objects, operate tools, and perform manual Labour.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.
