Expert Mortgage Advisor Required

To excel in this mortgage broking role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process with expert advice on mortgage products and securing the best possible terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to assess their financial situations and mortgage needs, providing personalized recommendations and explaining the mortgage process in detail.
  • Assist clients with completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with current mortgage rates, trends, and products, evaluating and comparing mortgage options from various lenders to offer clients the best possible terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, negotiating loan terms and conditions to secure favorable rates and terms for clients.
  • Oversee the mortgage application process from start to finish, including submission, tracking, and communication with clients and lenders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the mortgage process, providing solutions and alternatives to clients as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements related to mortgage brokering, maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, following up with clients post-approval to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or similar role in the real estate or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses required by local or national regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in mortgage brokering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
