Country Road Stockroom Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Assistant to join our team in Sydney City. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom, including the effective management of stock and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the efficient management of stock, including receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain a well-organized and efficient stockroom environment.
  • Support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure timely replenishment of the shop floor.
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Embody the Country Road Group values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A passion for fashion and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours as required.
  • A natural enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
