Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail site in maximizing sales and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including leading a team of employees and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of employees and volunteers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial performance and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
