This brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Chief Financial Operations Coordinator to join their high-performing diverse team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities including:

  • Managing daily financial operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchase orders.
  • Preparing monthly balance sheets, P&L reconciliations, and reports.
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assisting in processing fortnightly payroll, ensuring employees' details are up-to-date.
  • Ensuring accounting practices adhere to industry standards and relevant regulations.
  • Driving process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required by management.

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3-4 years' experience working in finance within a large organisation, degree qualified, and ideally commencing study towards a CPA/CA.

You will also have excellent communication skills, be an analytical thinker and problem solver with high attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and committed team.
