At Lucid Software, we're on a mission to empower our customers to see and build the future from idea to reality. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our solutions.

Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), establishing a clear vision for their success in driving increased retention, expansion, and product adoption.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team has a deep understanding of customer goals and objectives, regularly tracking progress to achieve those outcomes.
  • Promote collaboration across global teams, participating in leadership meetings, reporting on team performance, and sharing perspectives on challenges and opportunities.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by coaching and developing CSMs, building their skills, confidence, and optimism for continued growth and success.
  • Foster strong relationships with CSMs and customers on key accounts, offering guidance on high-risk and high-potential opportunities, and increasing the potential of successful outcomes.
  • Forecast account growth and risks, providing actionable insights to leadership while addressing escalations promptly and leveraging resources effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align on strategies, create account and territory plans, and execute initiatives together.
