The Behaviour Support Practitioner plays a crucial role in conducting assessments, writing behavioural support plans and programs, and implementing plans with supervision of Behaviour Therapists. We use Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support principles to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adults in various settings.
- Develop Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans.
- Provide direct behavioural interventions in individual and group sessions after assessment and diagnosis.
- Train, support, and clinically supervise Behaviour Support Practitioners/Behaviour Therapists.
- Apply behavioural, psychological, and evidence-based theories to develop program designs and interventions.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
