About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Taxation Manager to join our Business Advisory team at ESV Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients and provide tax advice and planning services
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored tax solutions
  • Assist Partners with the preparation of tax advice and memorandums
  • Contribute to internal projects and drive innovation within the firm
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support
Requirements
  • Eight years' + experience in a professional accounting practice in a Business Advisor / Tax role
  • Completed your CA or CPA (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of current tax legislation, principles, and reporting requirements
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Clear and effective communication style
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Experience with working to budgets, meeting productivity targets, and training junior team members
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and strong stakeholder management
