We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Procurement Category Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a procurement strategy for our ingredients category. This will involve driving value creation for the business while ensuring supply continuity and supporting long-term sustainability.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance business partnering and supplier connectivity. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives within the ingredients category and manage an assigned portfolio of categories, addressing projects and issues in consultation with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing a procurement strategy for the ingredients category.
  • Driving value creation for the business.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing an assigned portfolio of categories.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to packaging. You should have an in-depth understanding of supply chain mechanics, as well as how manufacturing and design impact commercial outcomes.

A solid background in strategic sourcing, contract development, supplier management, and procurement reporting is essential. You should be able to oversee grain and yeast category spending, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
