We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at a reputable Children's Centre.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a play-based educational program that maximises opportunities for children to develop to their full potential. This includes creating a stimulating learning environment, providing spontaneous play-based learning experiences, and building strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification, as well as a sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the local community;
  • Develop and implement behaviour guidance strategies;
  • Contribute to creating a child-safe environment;

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented group of educators who share a passion for delivering exceptional early learning and care experiences.

Requirements

The successful applicant must possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification;
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
