Food Service Associate Role Summary

This role is for a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences across all food and beverage areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful Food Service Associate will be responsible for greeting and seating customers in a professional manner, presenting menus and providing recommendations, taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately. They will also anticipate customer needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Presenting menus and providing recommendations to guests.
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the experience.
  • Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Preparing meals for breakfast and room service and delivering to guest rooms.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English.
