Customer Service Professional Wanted

Panthers Penrith is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic customer service professional to join their Functions and Events team.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional service to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, actively participating in all related event services, including pre and post-event functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized floor environment, including table clearing and glass collection;
  • Provide food and beverage service, including carrying multiple plates;
  • Assist with room setup for events, including table movement and crockery setup;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences to our members and guests;
  • Handle cash transactions and perform general cleaning duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a warm smile;
  • A good level of physical fitness, as this role can be physically demanding;
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • High standard of personal grooming and excellent communication skills;
  • RSA and RCG Certificates and experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
