About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, personable team player to join us as a Concierge/Driver at our Artarmon Service Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming manner
  • Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
  • Collect and return customers' vehicles for service in a friendly, safe, and timely manner
  • Manage and direct visitor parking
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pick-up schedules
  • Drop off and pick up customers as required
  • Maintain a safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a genuine, friendly personality, a strong commitment to customer service, and a high standard of personal presentation. You will also need to have a valid Australian or international driver's licence, full work rights in Australia, and effective time management skills.
