A leading water management professional will drive innovation in integrated water management. This high-level role involves leading complex projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and resolving challenging issues.

About the Role
  • Oversee water resources projects for councils and developers, including strategic stormwater management plans.
  • Facilitate projects that intersect IWM, stormwater, and flood management, sustainability, planning, and urban greening.
  • Engage with councils, developers, authorities, and consultants to address complex challenges.
  • Develop and lead a water team through energy, example, and quiet conviction.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A technical foundation in water resources, flood modelling, IWM, and urban stormwater.
  • A degree in civil or environmental engineering.
  • A deep understanding of waterway health, flood risk, and stormwater systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complexity with clarity.
  • 10-25 years' experience in Melbourne's private sector.
