About the Role

We are currently looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants with community care experience. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.

Our services cater to individuals living with conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs, and elderly Australians. We offer a variety of services, including aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital-in-home services, and palliative care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, your role will involve:

  • Providing personal care
  • Assisting with domestic tasks
  • Offering transportation support
  • Reminding clients about medication
  • Supporting with other daily living activities

Work Environment

Our Rockhampton/Capricorn Coast Region is expanding, and we are eager to find enthusiastic Home Care Workers who are committed to delivering compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. We believe in matching clients and caregivers based on skills, personality traits, and preferences to foster long-term relationships.

Working Hours

Services are provided between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, seven days a week.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care
  • Current Australian National Police check
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • COVID-19 vaccinations
