Who We Are Looking For

If you are an experienced Personal Care Worker with a background in community care, we invite you to connect with us. We specialize in supporting individuals living with conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, cognitive decline, disabilities, and those requiring post-operative care, as well as older Australians.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services, including aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital-in-home services, and palliative care. We are currently in search of dedicated Personal Care Workers who are passionate about delivering compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care. Our mission is to empower our clients to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

Work Schedule

Our operations in the Rockhampton/Capricorn Coast Region are expanding, and we are looking for enthusiastic Home Care Workers. We match clients and caregivers based on skills, personality traits, and preferences to foster long-lasting relationships. Services are provided between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Worker, your role will involve assisting clients with:

  • Personal care
  • Domestic assistance
  • Transportation
  • Medication reminders
  • Other daily living activities

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver's license and personal vehicle (with full comprehensive insurance)
  • COVID-19 vaccinations
