Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Participate in care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the Registered Nurse and other care team members
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents and colleagues
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
