About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Rowville Manor, a leading aged care provider in Australia. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality care to residents under the direction of our Registered Nurses.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.

With a strong focus on resident-centered care, we offer permanent part-time shifts available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Our friendly and supportive team culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, respect, and open communication.

In exchange for your dedication and hard work, you can expect:

• A competitive hourly rate of $30.87-$32.78, plus 17.5% leave loading
• Additional uniform and shift allowances

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, as well as a current and valid police check and vaccination certificate.
