We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, a leading consumer goods company, seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Equipment Services Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and servicing our equipment for valued customers, ensuring timely and professional service to meet service level agreements and maintain equipment to a high standard.

About the Role

The Field Service Technician will support our customer's needs for equipment service, providing excellent customer service by completing all service calls using the 'My Jobs' app, accurate allocation of parts consumed, and participating in the 'Shift' roster to provide service to our CCEP customers during their opening times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Field Service Sales teams to ensure equipment is serviced to meet service level agreements and maintain equipment to a high standard.
  • Provide the best possible customer service by completing all service calls using the 'My Jobs' app, accurate allocation of parts consumed, and participating in the 'Shift' roster.
  • Train, coach, and develop other team members where necessary to assist individual and team technical skill sets and complete any project work allocated.
  • Provide operational feedback to Field Service Manager where possible.
  • Adhere to Process, Policies, and use of IT Tools.

About You

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician with:

Current unrestricted drivers' licenceExperience in servicing beverage machines preferred but not essentialElectrical Qualification – Desirable but not essentialProven troubleshooting skillsConfident communication skills with all levels of stakeholdersExperience managing multiple prioritiesRelationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross-functionallyAgile and flexible in ways of working and ability to prioritise initiatives and resourcesPunctual, self-motivated, and enthusiastic whilst working to deadlinesExcellent time management and organisational capabilitiesProficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)Knowledge of Workplace Health & SafetyParts management
