The Role of an Education Innovator

We are seeking an experienced science educator to join our team as an Education Innovator. This role combines leadership experience with a passion for science education, allowing you to expand your impact beyond the classroom and enhance the education of tens of thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate Stile's value to school leaders and help them recognize how Stile can support them in meeting their strategic goals.
  • Visit schools and discuss best practice science teaching with like-minded educators.
  • Build community relationships within the local STEM community and host networking events to facilitate connections between science education professionals.
  • Continuously hone your own skills and knowledge by staying up-to-date with the latest trends in education technology and pedagogy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience as a secondary school science teacher and in a school leadership role.
  • Sales experience, especially in the edu-industry, is a bonus but not essential.
  • A deep knowledge of science education and the latest trends in education technology and pedagogy.
  • The ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with school leaders and educators.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
