We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Content Specialist to join our team. As a diligent editor, you will be responsible for classifying cases in accordance with the Australian Digest classification key, adding case relationships and litigation history to the cases database, and writing digest notes for significant cases.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on Westlaw and the Australian Digest. You will be part of a close-knit team that thrives on collaboration and a strong work ethic.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for reading and interpreting complex legal material. You will need to be able to manage your own workload while working collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are also essential.

About This Role
  • Classify cases using the Australian Digest classification key;
  • Contribute to the development of the cases database;
  • Write high-quality digest notes for significant cases.
About You
  • Australian Law degree;
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex legal concepts;
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and respond positively;
  • Commitment to both team and personal goals.
