Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent professional to join our team as a Customer Screening Analyst. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in customer screening, due diligence, intelligence, investigative or compliance related environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collating, analysing and evaluating complex information from various sources. They will identify and classify potential AML/CTF related risks, accurately update TrackVia and CMS with concise summaries of screening findings, and compile in-depth diligence reports as required.

The successful applicant will possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, high-level research, analytical critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience working in a casino and/or gaming environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate, analyse and evaluate complex information from various sources
  • Identify and classify potential AML/CTF related risks
  • Update TrackVia and CMS with concise summaries of screening findings
  • Compile in-depth diligence reports as required
  • Work efficiently to complete all tasks accurately and within the allotted timeframe
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience working in customer screening, due diligence, intelligence, investigative or compliance related environments
  • High-level research, analytical critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical software
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
