About the Role:

As a Therapy and Leisure Partner, you will play a vital part in promoting the physical and emotional well-being of residents by partnering with them to engage in daily activities.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support residents in maintaining their functional abilities, while encouraging them to use and develop their skills in ways that are personally meaningful.

Key responsibilities include following care plans and providing person-centred support during therapeutic activities, ensuring safe practices comply with workplace safety policies, and encouraging family involvement in daily life.

A commitment to customer-centric care and a collaborative, flexible team environment is essential. While experience working with dementia clients and supporting leisure activities is preferred, it's not essential.
