About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Civil Designers to join our dynamic team, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in design software, including 12D and Civil 3D, as well as knowledge of local authority standards and requirements. A collaborative approach and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality designs.

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in civil design.
  • Strong skills in 12D and Civil 3D.
  • Diploma (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering Design.
  • Knowledge of local authority standards and requirements.
