The Energy Transformation Initiative is seeking a visionary Engineering Services Manager to lead our Asset Services Engineering team.

As part of this once-in-a-lifetime energy transformation, we require an experienced professional to manage a high-performing team in a hybrid model. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects that add value through production, de-bottlenecking, improved reliability, and decarbonisation.

The Role

This key leadership position exists to support the business' growth and development strategy, ensuring asset integrity and process safety while driving innovation. We are looking for an exceptional individual with expertise in project management and a proven track record of leading large technical teams.

You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on engineering associated with Development projects from FEED through to commissioning and handover to the Assets. This includes managing multi-disciplinary engineering and projects teams, as well as collaborating with internal standards development and industry forums.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive engineering experience in a relevant discipline, with deep project management experience and knowledge of commercial structures for project development and execution.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Lead a multidisciplinary engineering and projects team of over 20 technical specialists, including Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, and Civil engineers, Project and Package engineers, Document Control, and Drafting.
  2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize project opportunities, developing effective solutions to meet business objectives.
