About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a holistic leisure and lifestyle program that enhances the quality of life for all residents.

We are seeking a suitably qualified Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant who can develop and deliver activities that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering leisure and lifestyle programs for group and individual activities;
  • Partnering with residents, staff, and community groups to enhance the quality of life for all residents;
  • Participating in quality improvement activities, accreditation, and policy development;

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about providing respectful care, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
