Home and Investment Lending Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to support customers in achieving their home ownership goals.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to provide tailored lending solutions, delivering exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.

  • Develop your lending capability with great training and development opportunities
  • Gain excellent transferrable lending skills which can take you many places within the industry

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
  • Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer connections
  • Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive team environment
