About the Role – Safety Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Safety professional with a strong background in the building industry. You will be responsible for guiding site teams on large fit-out projects and new builds, valued at up to $100M. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects while providing expert guidance to site teams.
As a Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of site teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety across multiple projects
- Providing guidance and support to site teams
- Ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed degree in Safety or a related field
- Previous experience working with a well-established builder
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Safety professional with a builder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
