Visual Merchandising Area Manager

Elevate your skills and join our team as a Visual Merchandising Area Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for partnering with the VM Creative team to drive successful visual merchandising strategies across NSW and ACT.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product collections and briefs to ensure alignment across stores.
  • Ensure store layouts reflect brand identity while maximizing space and enhancing customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Retail Regional Manager to prioritize store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus.
  • Provide coaching and development to store teams, empowering them to execute VM requirements effectively.
  • Track and monitor the execution status of store VM roll-outs to ensure timely, accurate, and safe completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Success
  • Translate brand and product strategies into tailored store layouts.
  • Coaching and empowering Store Managers to own effective VM execution.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing product performance data and applying it to VM strategies.
  • Previous experience coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and Store Managers.
